Carved Quarter-Board Signs

All Quarter-Boards are priced by the number of letters on the sign and by whether the carved letters are guilded with gold leaf or painted with enamel paint. Three inch letters are the most common on a typical house Quarter-Board. Three inch letters can be easily read from a distance of 100 feet.

To order a Quarter-Board:

1) Decide what you want the board to say.

2) Choose an end-style, please use the “Handy Charts” section on the top bar to view all of the possibilities.

3) Choose a background color. Decide if you want 23K Gold Leaf or Paint in the Letters + Cove Edge.

4) Send us an e-mail with your choices, we will make up a sketch of your proposed sign and send it back to you for your approval.

Cost per letter for Hand Carved Painted Letters is as follows: 2”/$35, 2.5”/$45, 3”/$50, 3.5”/$55, 4”/$65, 4.5”/$75, 5”/$85

Cost per letter for Hand Carved 23K Gold Leaf Letters is as follows: 2”/$55, 2.5”/$60, 3”/$70, 3.5”/$80, 4”/$90, 4.5”/$100, 5”/$110

Quarter Board Signs that are less than 30” in Length have a base price of $75. The letter price is added to the base price. Quarter Boards that are between 31” and 40” in Length have a base price of $50. The letter price is added to the base price. Quarter Boards that are longer than 40” have no base price and are figured just on the letter price.
